i use a hrm so that's how i know many calories to count... i couldn't find it any other way unfortunately

if it's the one with the 6 circuits, strictly cardio, and about halfway through you do the mat workout, with the pikes and the mountain climbers and all that, i put it down as aerobics, since there are no weights on it... i did it last night, whoa what a burn!!! :-)
