I did this workout last night on my ON DEMAND...but I was wondering if on here logging it as Circuit Training was the right thing? Does anyone know...or have you done this workout?

If it was weights and cardio I would say yes. But the best way to measure would be to have a heart rate monitor. I don't have one yet but really want one.0

if it's the one with the 6 circuits, strictly cardio, and about halfway through you do the mat workout, with the pikes and the mountain climbers and all that, i put it down as aerobics, since there are no weights on it... i did it last night, whoa what a burn!!! :-)0

I have used my HRM to do this workout. I compared that calorie burn (from my HRM) to what it said for Circuit Training. My CT was a bit higher for me. My HRM said I burn 441 calories (for 55 minutes), and the database for CT said I burn 510 calories (for 55 minutes). I guess it's not horribly far off, but as always, a HRM will help you figure out the best answer.
Oh, I just put it in as high impact aerobics, and that was almost the exact same as my HRM. It said I burn 446 calories. I'd probably go with "high impact aerobics" here.0 -
Thanks ladies...high impact aerobics it is! LOL It is a great, quick burn either way!0
