  • Unfortunately its a restrictive diet just like any other. My friend did it for a month and gained half of the weight lost. Perhaps change the workout, increase protein and lower calorie intake by a 100? If your intake is 1600-1800, perhaps try 1500 for 2 weeks and see what happens. Good luck!
