Ideas for weekend lunches

I try to eat well and stay within my calorie limit during the weekdays but weekends are a mess! With 3 children and a billion items on the to do list, I often end up eating junk. What would be some healthy and easy to make and pack lunches to take along?

    Sandwich rolls por Pita's. I love that Pita's dont get soggy the same way bread does. And you can get whole wheat sandwich rolls and make your own or Sam's Club has frozen ones that are pretty yummy and low cal.

    Pre-chopped fruits and veggies (chop them yourself!)

    100 calorie snack packs of your fav crackers (snack size bag and do some measuring or counting on weekend it's worth it for a few weeks of easy snacks)

    I am also a person religious about making 1-2 extra portions whenever I cook and freezing the extras for lunch, weekend, whenever I don't want to cook. I got a co-worker into it too recently
