hey! I'm doing alright. dropped back to 125.75. and then to 125.5 (which is a new low) working out has been phenomenal, training for a marathon is killer though. idk if i can go through with it.

I never really thought about the red negative numbers. I think this will work for me though... If the red numbers start getting me down though, I definately see where you are coming from and I'd follow your idea. I mean that too.
