Day 6 complete! Yesterday was a busy day so now shred but did clean the house for 2 hours. Today was the most calories burned so far on level 1 with 261. Is anyone else starting to see results besides me? Have a great day!

Day 5 complete!!! Wow 2 shreds in less than 12 hrs!! Today has been my highest calorie burn for level 1 with 258. Just think half way to our first mini goal of completing 10 days of level 1!! Well have a great workout everyone!b

Day 2 complete!! Burned 245 calories which is 3 more than yesterday and my hrm stopped a couple times. I am also using 5lb weights. What are you using? Have a great workout!! Only 28 to go!

Day 1 is now complete!!!!!! Measurements done and ready to shred it down. Burned 242 calories in 27 mins and feel awesome! Forgot how much I love and missed working out. I REALLY hate push ups though. Made it pretty much through 98% of the video too. So happy!! WTG everyone on day 1 only 29 to go!!

Just remember: "NO PAIN NO GAIN" As much as we are going to be sore and not want to workout for a few days its actually best to workout and stretch out those muscles. We are a big group and all here for the same reasons. If someone is falling apart we are here to pick them back up!

I totally do! My hardest thing is that he loves to eat junk and to eat fast food and so do I and he tells me it is will power and I know it is but only to a degree. I did good at the beginning and then stopped :( I did go on vacation and now I am back at it as of monday. I also started RevAbs also on monday so that is helping. I love having my shakes for breakfast but there are days where I want to eat real food for lunch!! DId anyone else get like that?

That is great you didn't gain weight when you went on the pill. A lot of women do. My dr was going to put me on it but he was scared I would gain weight so he didn't. Do you think it would make a difference if I was on it?
