Im also starting tomorrow. I have about 65lbs to lose to my weight loss goal. I will not be following the 1200 calorie diet and try and eat most of my exercise calories.

Im a physiotherapist assistant so on my feet a lot. I just put my activity level to light active and it says I get 1300 calories.

My longest run was 8 miles before my half. My pace was about a min slower during my race because once I hit my wall at 17k my legs didnt want to run anymore so I walked the most of my last 4km

Right now no plans on another half but going to run a 10k in oct and nov

I enjoyed it but not too sure if ill do another half anytime soon. Want to do a 10k since ive never done one

To be honest the only race I ever raced was a 5k 2 years ago. I did train for this half but not as much as I should have.

Tank top and capris is what I was thinking. Just dont want to lose clothes along the way

If breast implants are going to make you happy and give you self esteem then do it! Now it is not bad motivation because it is mine! My bf told me once I hit my goal weight he will buy them for me. I know a lot of women that have them and never had any complications and wouldnt change their decision on getting them.

I to am a friday weigh in girl. I do weigh myself everyday but I track my mon and fri weights in mfp. I am down 4lbs

Im starting to get really nervous and my half is still 5 weeks away. I know its bad to say but I don't find running fun anymore I find it to be a chore and I feel like I won't be able to do the half
