It appears you might be low in energy. What do u normally do for energy boosts? I will not worry so much about calories. If you have the energy you will burn it off anyway. I shot of espresso should do the trick. Let me know if u need more info, i run a boot camp here in Noth Dallas and also a personal trainer. Cheers
