I have been tracking my weight an calories for a month now, an it seems like when i workout i dont loose as much weight, but when i dont workout i loose weight.is that weird or is it me?

I use tha jillian micheals whey protein creaamy vanilla....I make smoothies with mine....8oz of skim milk 1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice 1 scoop of protein powder an i add 2tsp of equal 4 sweetness an blend......sooooo good in tha mornings or just 4 a snack:drinker:
