I like beer. Before I started exercising and eating healthier, I always enjoyed having a cold one with my husband in the evening after a long work day. Now that I've learned how much it slows your metabolism down I've cut it down to once a weak meh :|

I've been doing 30 day shred alone as a workout bc anything more I get to sore. Today though after I do it I'm going to combine my 30 min walk/jog right after it (which I normally would do every other day on off days). My body is getting stronger :))

You may not have enough energy bc your not eating enough sometimes. Don't forget also, mucking out stalls and riding the horse (depending on what your doing) is a great workout! I have found for me alternating 30ds with a cardio day works best. So I do 30ds every other day and on the "off days" I go for a run/walk for 30 mins. It's helped my soreness tremendously :)
