No. probably about every 3 days... invest in a good dry shampoo (I use Paul Mitchell), or if your cheap baby powder or baking soda works well too.

Gosh this is a hard one! But I would probably have to say a digital food scale- as after I had it I realized how different weight/density varies from food to food that you can't sometimes see with just measuring! Good sports bras and correct running shoes come into a close second and third.

I do 30DS and have seen good results from it. It just depends if I eat cals back. If I was on a restrictive 1200 cal diet, then I would DEFINATLY eat them back.
