i have a proform that i love. my mom has a nordic track that's awesome. we both paid $600 new for them. definitely look into used equipment though! there are so many for sale in our area on craigslist right now and most of the listings say that the equipment was hardly ever used.

i don't think there's anything wrong with snacking! it looks like you're making wise choices and staying within calorie limits. snacking for me helps me feel less deprived and is a huge factor in my ability to stay within my daily goals. i think you're doing a great job!

According to circadian rhythm research your body temp is usually at it's lowest at 4:30 am, is at it's highest at 7:00 pm, with greatest cardiovascular efficiency and muscle strength at 5:00 pm. hope this helps! :smile:
