if you increase the amount of potassium you take in that will help flush the sodium from your system.

could be low blood sugar... try having a snack to see if that helps :-)

i live in wichita, ks and the only place i've been able to find it is at a local health food/organic store. i think the arctic zero website has a store locator that will tell you where it is sold in your area. good luck!

i have a treadmill and an ellliptical and the elliptical is by far my favorite! i feel like i get a better workout in a shorter amount of time on the elliptical. i also find it's a little more challenging than the treadmill which keeps me from getting bored as quickly...

sounds yummy!

diet a&w cream soda... yum!!!

i use the special k cracker chips (sea salt) instead of regular corn chips. it's not quite the same but it's still pretty good! as long as you don't mind lots of sodium...

i just bought some yesterday and had it for the first time this morning. my expectations weren't too high but i was really impressed with how good it was! you mix 2 tbsp of the powder with 1 tbsp of water (i used my almond milk instead of water) and mix til creamy. i put it on toast and it was awesome! gonna be looking for…

i use tanning beds but they are terrible for you... worse than the sun i think. lotions are a safer bet but i would test it out on a part of your body that you can hide in case it turns you a little orange. just my two cents! :flowerforyou:

i lost 65 lbs in 6 months by reducing calories and walking. loved it! stopped doing it and gain a lot of it back which is what brought me here... but if you stick with it then it works great!

thanks! i had weeks where i'd lose 0.2 lbs, weeks where i'd lose 2.5 lbs, and a couple of weeks around the holidays where i gained. i've been set to 1.0-1.5 lbs per week the whole time i've been on here. guess my body doesn't know i have it on a set schedule

thank you! i am very fortunate and have an elliptical in my basement. so my workouts consist of walking my dogs every day (1-2 miles) and then hopping on the elliptical while watching one of my fav shows on tv to pass the time. i started doing squat thrusts (aka burpees) last night and i think they might be the death of…

thank you! reducing my portions and eating at home more, eating out less have been the biggest changes. i love to eat so i try to find foods that are filling and low cal. my food diary should be public so feel free to poke around.

a few of my faves are: skinny cow chocolate truffle ice cream bars - 100 cals sugar free jello pudding cups- 60 cals yoplait light boston cream pie, red velvet cake, or strawberry shortcake - around 100 cals each sometimes if i really want something sweet but don't have any cals left i'll make a cup of lipton vanilla…

calories are generally all i look at. that being said, i LOVE to eat and i'm hungry all the time! so in order for me to be able to eat as much as i would like i typically make semi-healthy choices which end up helping me meet my protein, carb, and fat goals.

5'9.5" here, started at 170, currently at 142, aiming for 130-135 as i have a small frame. i'm keeping an open mind though! if i feel fab before i get to 135 then i'll switch to maintenance.

I know it must feel like you're on a rollercoaster but you really are doing great! According to your ticker you've lost 23 pounds in the last 8 weeks... That's an average of over 2.5 pounds per week! Your weekly fluctuations may be due to sodium, TOM, or any other number of things... But the important thing is that you are…

agreed! just thinking about it makes me a little queasy... :frown:
