Try PB2. So many less calories and fat and it is really good. Only 45 calories a serving.

I never seem to eat enough calories - but I eat healthy food - also no grains, pasta and such. Lots of protein n veggies. I do t worry about Mfp numbers.

It will be perfectly fine. If it was defrosted and raw I would say no --- but cooked is fine.

I too eat less than 1000 a day. Low carb And low fat but all healthy meals - no processed foods or sugar. I weigh 165 now and aim to lose another 30.
