If you hate drinking water, I noticed that by putting fresh fruit in your water really helps. Strawberrries, grapes, lemon, watermelon. Play with it all. The good thing about mixing with the fruit is that it is all natural and no mater what you are moving to the right destination which is drinking water by itself.

Hey Diva..... I have a friend in a similar situation as yours so I understand. The only difference is her health risk are not as severe as yours. MY IS WIERD SO DON'T JUDGE ME....I can not work out without washing my face. I guess sodium that pours out of skin throughout the day is horrible. So if I forget to wash my face before my workout, my eyes are burning so bad from the sweat, I have to stop my routine and wash my face.

I work out 4-5 days a week. 30 minutes on treadmill. Running for 5 minutes. Walking for 2 30 minutes on elliptical 40 minutes of weight training. Alternating between abs/legs and abs/arms Every once in a while, Ill fit a Zumba Class in.

My biggest hurdle is staying consistent. I know what I need to do, but it is a matter of doing it on a consistent level.
