I eat 6 times a day. I eat a lot of protine because I lift weights at the gym 3 days a week. I also use protine shakes (AMP) wich is fantastic. The best snack I have are the nature valley bars the granola is awesome. What kind of exercises are you going to do?

Ok ladies I wanted to let all of you guys in on a little secret. I do abs 5 days a week I do 3 rounds of 20 situps so that is 60 a day. Knocked out 4000 steps toinight so that puts me to about 6400 all together. I am hopeing to reach over 10000 steps before Sunday. GO PURPLE!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:

I did both and I didnt notice a drop in my progress my trainer said it was great that I was doing it on my cardio days.
