Ok guys I got 2000 steps in tonight and my goal for tomorrow is 2500-3000 I have legs tomorrow at the gym so I am not sure how sore I will be but I WILL step it out tomorrow evening. Come on Team Purple we got this I know you guys can do double what I do come on lets get it!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a sore woman but it was totally worth it I love this trainer she is awesome and has no problem working the dog doo out of me. I cant wait till I go back friday, and until i go back it will be Jillian Micheals. oh and I am down 2 more pounds guys 240 now. :happy:

That is fanatastic I am looking forward to getting my butt handed to me today I start my program. I went to talk to the trainer yesterday and shhe looked and me and said that if I can stick with her for the first 2 weeks ill be ok but I will hurt she said I promise you WILL hurt.
