No, you're fine. As long as you understand that you'll have water retention more on some days than other there is no harm in it.

This happens to all of us (this happened to me again this past week) don't let it stop you. Our bodies sometimes retain a little more water even if you did everything you were suppose to. Just fight through the plateau and you'll have success.

I was the same way until about half-way through, I found my breath. It felt like it came out of no where, I was able to do it without fighting to catch my breath. Once you reach this you're hooked. Good luck to you!
