They say its because they have sugars. Albeit, natural sugars, but to a lot of people any sugar is BAD.

How long did it take you guys to do 15 reps? I've been doing it for a few days now and with the exception of the first three exercises, I can barely squeak out 5 reps on the later more difficult exercises (i.e. v-up roll up and pulse ups)

I don't know. I guess I just have this sense if I don't do all the reps perfectly it won't work for me. Think I'm just being dramatic. Lol

Don't get discouraged. Like all good things, losing weight takes time. It's important to stay consistent, but it is also important to not push yourself too hard. I know what you mean. My best friend shovels down pound after countless pound of deep fried food, chips, soda, and the like and if anything he just seems to get skinner! Life is so unfair sometimes. :grumble:

I appreciate everyone's input. The only thing about the gym though is I would feel so awkward there, mostly because I would have no idea what I was supposed to be doing.

Well what I really want to do is to get rid of as much fat as possible before I start building muscle. I've heard that building muscle while you still at your normal weight is like packing a can of tuna or something.
