  • I get bored after a while when I go running so I download audio books or music on my ipod. When I start feeling the bordem and urge to give up, i just put in the ear buds and I can get almost double the time I would have given up at and feel much better about my work out

  • This used to happen to my as a kid and I'd actually pass out sometimes, but the symptoms of shaking and such were pretty common place for me after a lot of activity. It was low blood sugar and I actually found out I was hypoglycemic. Not that you probably are, but it very well could be just low blood sugar affecting you.

  • Sometimes if it's above and beyond and it takes the place of my normal exercise routine. Things like cleaning out the barn or spending the entire day cleaning top to bottom the basement, then I'll add cleaning, but not normal duties like dishes or sweeping.
