I completely agree with you....but somehow i am not able to do without a strict diet plan. I need a kick start. Once i control my wild hunger for 3 - 4 days i am back on track!

I have very bad eating habits. I need this kick start so that i can control myself. I would not continue this diet for more than 7 days but would love to start this way(if i could control my hunger)...! I am one of those lazy bones who don't enjoy doing exercise (other than walking)!

Any exercise is good whether its yoga or pilates. The key is to success is workout at least twice in a day without fail. Just keep yourself motivated and workout dedicated so that you sweat from top to toe. Never give up!

Yes! I had experienced this thing. If you don't eat anything after 6 you tend to lose more weight.

You had the stored energy and more than that extra ordinary will power to do things. Try doing it everyday.....First few weeks you will enjoy but after reaching some point you might feel tired! But if you don't then you are really extra ordinary....Go Daddy Go! Its your time to lose some good weight!

Same happens with my mother. banana and egg yolk doesn't suit her. Now after delivery even i am experiencing the same.
