I'm in! Day 1. I got to day 17 a couple of months ago but I found it hurt my knees so I'm going to try again with modified version and easier on the jumping and bouncing. Took my before pictures yesterday.

Wow! I'm off to take my 'before' pics at 155.7 lbs. I've done 30 Day Shred and started to see results within 4-5 days (i.e. not having to make an effort to suck my belly in). My knees got really sore. I'm going to try again. Maybe stick to the modified version or try it on a mat?
