Bump refreshes the Thread to the most recent topics list, just like any other post. People just put bump when they want to see more posts on the topic.
  • Congrats! How many calories do you eat a day? I am 5 foot 1 inch and am currently at about 117 and would love to be about 110. Thanks!

I know 12 lbs isn't much and it's not very impressive compared to everyone else, but.. here's mine anyway :c

if you comment on a thread it puts it into My Topics above, so often people say bump if they want to bookmark the thread to read again.

I eat around 2000 cals a day. I've lost 18 lbs in 3 1/2 months, and have about 10-12 more to go, but I go by measurements more than the scale. :drinker:

Loving this thread....especially since I've raised my net, yet again, to 1550/day. Will see how that goes for a month and then, possibly, raise it again.

You are all very inspirational and I'm so glad I've added lifting heavy to my exercise mix because, wow, I want some of those back muscles I've been seeing here.

Wow! I'm off to take my 'before' pics at 155.7 lbs. I've done 30 Day Shred and started to see results within 4-5 days (i.e. not having to make an effort to suck my belly in). My knees got really sore. I'm going to try again. Maybe stick to the modified version or try it on a mat?
