Definitely fit; I would even probably be happy with my current weight if I could honestly say that I was fit

Mines set to 2.2lbs a week - and 1500calories a day.

I haven't weighed myself in a couple of months (I don't have a scale at home and have been so busy with work I've not been able to weigh myself as I've not been able to get to one) but I feel so bloated after Christmas - I'll actually be glad to have a week of eating Very Clean bfore I weigh myself on Friday/Saturday

You can log strength training by minutes under cardio and then it will count on MFP :)

Sorry for not posting - I got stuck in the library! This morning I weighed in at 138.3kg - a loss of 1.9kg since my last weigh in. My goal for September is 135.0kg. I've got 470 House Points for exercise this week, and 5 OWLS for exercise and just 1 for water.

I definitely try to sleep in when I can (admittedly my idea of sleeping in is to get up at 0800) as I get up at 0530 for work 5days a week and normally don't make it to bed until midnight or later!

Hello everyone, I'm in my 3rd year of teaching and I'm just about to start my UK Teacher Training while teaching full time in Post 16 Special Educational Needs. Nice to see so many and such a range of teachers on here.

Are you still accepting people into Ravenclaw?

Do you have a link to the 100 push-up challenge? Sounds interesting!

Well done for loosing so much so quickly! :D It may be expensive but it'll be worth it in the end!
-
You've done really well! The difference is really obvious! Keep going! :D
-
Friday afternoon after work on the same set of scales in Boots so it's consistant and I can't be tempted to weigh in all the time
-
Thats an amzing difference! Well done! How far have you got to go until your goal?
-
That's REALLY impressive for just one month! I would be absolutely over the moon if I can make that much difference to my body in a month! Very well done! :D
-
Thats a nice find - have had a go now; once I've lost a bit more I'm going to try it again and see how it goes then!
-
Typo! Body fat 51.7% from the scale print out!
