I agree. I've found that if I have a protein shake instead of food for breakfast I'm much less hungry in general. If I eat breakfast - even a big and much higher calorie breakfast I'm really really hungry by midday.

I'm trying to stay at 20-30g of carbs whenever I can but it's seriously hard; I'm not sure it's for me in the long run. But trying to get my IBS symptoms under control, then I'll be reintroducing carbs especially grains slowly to see how then affect me.

Currently aiming to net about 750 5 days a week and 1500 on the other two; cutting carbs as low as I can to try and settle other problems down then reintroduce them way down the road somewhere. Edit:- I should add that this is medically supervised

Which scale do you have? Oh and I weigh myself at least twice usually 3 or 4 times a day
-
I guessed myself as 10% bigger than I am :)
-
Absolutely - my last job was under massive stress. Hopefully new one will continue to be much better (and I can actually go out and walk at lunch now!)
-
I don't know but I could easily drink 1000 in fruit juice alone every day. Plus eating big portions of everything.

I use Diet Whey from Amazon which isn't badger bad on sugar and tastes good. I've only tried Belgian Chocolate so far but it genuinely tastes like a chocolate shake. It works out at about 90p a serving.

I'm the same; a couple of kilos up peaking on the day that it starts, then down to a kilo or so from where I was before. I have MASSIVE chocolate cravings around mine, I just try and make sure that I'm under calories as much as possible and force myself to work out the same as I would at any other time (no matter how…

Thank you! I don't have any symptoms that worry me - I just wanted some reassurance that it wasn't dangerous.

Shock Absorber :) I'm a 40DD too and this is the most comfortable I've ever been wearing a sports bra and the most supported. SHOCK ABSORBER SPORTS BRA - B4490 - PURPLE/TURQUIOSE - NEW - LEVEL 4 - 34HH -40H[40dd]

Just added you. I have a lot to lose.

I'm down 28# and I haven't changed enough to warrent a whole size; some places yeah but not in general. I'm pretty close but not there yet.
-
I'd do it. For free for Charity, or if they were paying me it would have to be for a fee of at least £150 :)
-
I take all of mine in the morning

Depending on the shop anything between a 40C and a 36DD

Tbh if the guy makes me laugh, we have something in common, and can have a decent conversation then I'm not bothered by looks. I have a type that appeals to me visually... But never been involved with anyone that fits the type!
-
Most of the time yes Edit:- not in progress pics - I read the title but not the OP:blushing:

Tbh I didn't know it was possible for a woman... surely that's a scarily low bf%?
-
I always log by "waking period"; i.e. if I pull an all nighter then I count everything as part of the day I started (not just on here but in general - that was how we completed time sheets for a job I used to have and it just kinda stuck.)
-
Grats on staying so low!

This is one of the most bizarre things I've seen... definitely going to give it a try tho! I love cake and diet fizzy drinks - so that's a good start. For those who do this regularly is it also 10.5oz of soda or do you just replace the water and fat?
-
I'd love to! Are you anywhere near Sheffield UK?

145kg

I take a basic multivitamin and a B-complex when I'm at work - I find it very hard to eat healthily at work...
-
I've done various fasts ranging from sun-up/sun-down all the way upto 72hrs; some for religious reasons; some for sponsered events. Personally I've never done anything less than a normal day while fasting (exercise, activity, work, uni etc)
-
With work, life, coaching etc I tend to get to bed about midnight and I'm up at 0530 most days; I'm shattered by the time it gets to the holiday. However, during the holiday when I tend to go to bed later (2am or 3am are normal for me) then I'm up around 8. And I never use an alarm - I always wake before it.
-
Always off and generally I measure in the morning first thing

I'm not a fan of coffee - unless it is a seriously nice syprup shotted mocha :D However, I love Diet Coke (I rarely or never drink normal coke.) I know I should be drinking more water than I am, and it is something I'm trying to do. How bad is Diet Coke as far as weight loss goes?
