Yes, it is the one with Raul, it was her first exercise video. I always did it in college and it always gave me a good workout. I dont have a gym membership and I dont know how to use my dvd player, so I am kinda stuck

I think you look great! I agree that you need to have more self confidence! You should be so proud of yourself! I also think you should not compare yourself or your weight with anyone elses, everyones bodies are different. If I lost that much weight, I would be running through the streets! You look awesome!

thanks for the info! i dont weigh my food (have in the past on old old weight watchers) so i am somewhat aware of portion sizes. i dont even weigh myself once a week, you are gonna drive yourself nuts! your weight fluctuates throughout the day. as someone else said, once a week, in the morning after you go to the bathroom before you eat, good luck!

i agree with what others said, its all about moderation and making informed choices. you need to be on the websites researching the nutritional content, that way you know what you are getting. i just think people need to find what works for them, i know for me personally i dont really eat low fat, but i do watch my fat intake a great deal. i honestly think every persons body is different.

i eat between 1200 and 1300 calories a day and do no exercise under md orders waiting on knee surgery and i lost three pounds last week. granted, i still have a job which requires me to be on my feet 12 hours a shift (i do sit down now and again) and i cant give up my job. in previous attempts (when i wasnt a member here)…

thanks for the info! yeah, i am only talking like one or two glasses in a 13 hour overnight shift. I need SOMETHING other than plain water while i am there, and i dont want to waste calories on drinks
