They also have a sparking energy drink made with green tea extract as well. It comes in a can like red bull. I received it as a sample when I purchase the Berry Hibiscus Refresher. The energy drink was pretty good and did give a nice boost. I had the pomegranate flavor.

Oh yeah, an Odwalla soy drink did this to me as well about 6 months ago so yeah there is definitely something going on with me and so.

That's what I do. It won't put a dent in your daily caloric intake. I usually only need about 5.

No it's not going to burn additional calories because you aren't increasing the intensity of your workout. But it may boost the amount of fat you burn. That's a big maybe, but for $4.95 what's the risk? I'm gonna try it.

Dannon Oikos is my favorite. Greek is loaded with protein and you can get low and no fat versions. Definitely worth eating.

Oh! The dates sound delish! I recently discovered Chia seeds!! They have lots of fiber and protein and are loaded with omega 3's and 6's as well. The are small and tasteless with lots of crunch.

I know that feeling!!! The best advice I've heard was to give yourself three real reasons that you want to do something. If they are important to you and you have at least three reasons then you will probably stick with your program. eg. I want to lose weight SO THAT I can feel confident in a biking. I would use Nike+. Machines are notoriously inaccurate. The treadmill and elliptical always give me very high numbers that I wish were right but I know aren't! Not sure why that is, maybe overtime the computer goes haywire with so much use.
