very helpful, I've been maxing out at 600 too. I thought I wasn't improving. I know have realized that those people that burn 800 plus calories are men or women that are bigger than me.

Also, I'm sure the more fit I get the harder it will be for me to get in the orange or red because things will get easier. But I don't understand why what I did today isn't ideal. It's possible I misunderstood, but I kept asking probing questions and still seemed to come up with more time is needed in the green.

My HR was actually higher the second time. I guess it doesn't take into account, intensity. I dunno...

For alpha u should have 5 dvds. 1. Cardio 2. speed 1.0 and total body circuit 3. ab intervals 4. lower focus 5. stretch

Lower focus is not joke. that's the one that seems to get u sweating the most!!

Reporting back. I'm going to stick with it. After a week the moves didn't feel as overwhelming anymore as far as picking it up. Thanks for the advice.

Today was little bit easier - the total body circuit was not as "dancy" as speed 1.0. Gave me a bit of hope to continue with the program.
