You diary gave me great ideas!! I'll try the lean body mass idea to see if that works for me. That will put me at 97g. That'll be much easier for me too reach!

Thanks! What benefit does using lean body mass have besides lowering the protein intake I need? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I make lemon water as of now. I guess I just need to force myself to drink more than 8 cups a day. I do like it though. A gallon is just a lot.

I'll already do Greek yogurts at one or two per day. I try to limit it though because I hate plain yogurt and flavored will put me over the limit. I used to add plain to my smoothies though. Maybe I'll get back to doing that again. That's 19 grams right there!

I'm a filthy eater most times. I do try to eat clean at times, but I don't think it's necessary to lose weight. Easier yes, necessary no. It's all about a calorie deficit and a good exercise regimen. Thanks for this thread. I will be following.

Just finished day 1. It looks easier than it really is. Those lunges with weights are killer! I won't lie. I took several breaks, my endurance is shot. honestly I don't even think two slices a day would hurt as long as the rest of the diet for the day is okay.

bacon gets a bad wrap. Is it because people normally have 3 or 4 slices? It's not really that bad if you eat just two slices, it's low cal.
