hey Ritchie, me and the guys at work go out every Friday morning and have a big breakfast and bull**** around for awhile. is there anyways to fit this into the IF style of eating or is it something i'm gonna have to quit doing?

that's quite a bit higher then MFP put my calories at. the difference between the 2 u showed me is the top being 1g and the bottom being .82 grams?

well I skip lunch at work all the time.. but I usually have breakfast, guess Ill just have to try and see. another question, so looking at the 1g per lb and the .4g per lb numbers you gave, pretty much ill be starting off high protein and high fat and low carb, as I lose weight it will slowly change to being lower protein…

so say it would be kinda hard for me to take that much food to work and eat it on a lunch break, it would be ok to work all day then come home and have a big meal at say 4pm then another right before bed like 10pm?

I really just want to skip ahead a few weeks to where I at least feel some resistance. ill probably just play around and see what I can do 5x5 of without failure but still feel a good burn and start there.

not a fan of soda but my guilty pleasure is beer haha. had one last night, but it was my first on in a week which is really good for me, was a daily drinker.. that's where I gained all of my weight in the first place.

ive been on and off MFP for awhile now.. weight has gone up and down. I think this time around I need to connect with people more on here for motivation as that is the one thing I haven't done on here in the past. i think "cheat days" make no sense. last night I went out to dinner and went over on my calories for the day. it felt like I had just **** on all my hard work for the week. I guess it was just a weak moment for me but I don't plan on using "cheat days". seems to defy the purpose of dieting. no reason to work hard all week…
