do people really start the program as suggested, using just the bar?? I started today and it seemed like a waste. just wondering if im wasting time starting so low or if I should go ahead and jump up a few weeks worth of weight.
ive been on and off MFP for awhile now.. weight has gone up and down. I think this time around I need to connect with people more on here for motivation as that is the one thing I haven't done on here in the past.
