  • Hey guys! Cardio: tractor tire flips... as many flips add i can do in 10 min, 3 sets with 1 minute rest between sets. Strength: rest day. Kinda. Assessment: IIFYM & IF. Over a gallon of water, 2 cups black coffee, 2 cups of green tea. Calories under. Pot roast and potatoes for dinner.
  • Did you go straight from a calorie deficit to a 250 calorie surplus? If so that will put on fat quickly. You need to slowly raise your calories about 100 calories a week until your up to your surplus. At the deficit im at im planning on it taking about 10 weeks to go from my cut to bulk.

  • I know I should let Ritchie answer but I know ive seen him say he does it everyday. I have another buddy on here too that says he does it every day as well, its just the way they eat, there isn't a certain length of time they do it. im not sure what everybody else does this is just based on the 2 people I have talked to…
  • just remember p90x requires you to have some equipment where insanity does not? both are awesome programs just kinda depends on what you are looking to do.
  • yeah its working for me too, my only thing is im thinking of doing 3 slightly smaller closer together meals in the 8 hour window cause this second meal is killing me.. very hard to finish it all, by the end im forcing down that last few bites.
  • I kinda like the way I did it because now im so stuffed I don't even wanna look at food the rest of the night. I think this is gonna be the best diet ever, definitely something I can live with.

  • are your meals supposed to be split equally for IF? or is it whatever you want to do as long as its in a 8 hour window? like today my diary is a little off I will update it after I post this but my second meal was much bigger. but first was at noonish and second right now so its a 6 hour window.
