    Can anyone help estimate my bf%?

    I'm 5'7" and 167lbs. I'm guessing that I'm around 20% body fat, or at least I'm hoping, based on pictures of other people and the neck and waist measurement method. Just wondering if anyone else may have a better estimate or could reinforce what I already think. I'm currently cutting and want to start bulking once I'm around 14%-15%. Thanks for the help!

      Haha, my arm is raised to take the pic, that moves it up on that side. My stomach one isn't tho haha, it's my jail house tat. Thanks for the input queenliz!

      I thought so but had to ask. Your flexing arm kinda throws my guess off, though - can't tell if it's a smooth transition to the pubic area. I'd have to see a side picture.

      If I had to take a shot at it, I would probably agree with your 20% guesstimate. Maybe a little under.
