I kinda like the way I did it because now im so stuffed I don't even wanna look at food the rest of the night. I think this is gonna be the best diet ever, definitely something I can live with.0

Ok so day 2 is here
so after going to bed sooo hungry i woke up in good form not even hungry
so ive just killed brekkie and dinner is planned. Ive hit all my macros again and it seems easier this way.
I feel this can really work for me when im om afternoons and nights but think i will probably have to eat smaller more often when im on dayshift as there i feel i would really struggle putting 1000 cals in my body at 5am

yeah its working for me too, my only thing is im thinking of doing 3 slightly smaller closer together meals in the 8 hour window cause this second meal is killing me.. very hard to finish it all, by the end im forcing down that last few bites.0

Seem to have loads more energy this week compared to others and im loving theses 1000 cal meals:glasses: :glasses:0 -
I'm on my 5th night of IF. I really enjoy it alot! It seems like I wake up with tons of energy and I'm not hungry until 3 or 4 hrs after waking up. I also train on the empty stomach before I eat my first meal of the day. I've lost over 1.25inches total from my neck.waist and hips within the first 3 days. I think I may do this every other week so my body wont adapt to it.0

i saw you saying you wanted to bulk already too, i strongly recommend you dont bulk until 10% bf0 -
Yea I'm already bulking as of Friday and the way Kombat doing it I should gain with little to no fat gain. Also I read that IF will keep the fat gains to a minimum so I'm not worried bout that lol. I'll keep u updated and if I go the wrong way ill abort and do something else.0
