Have you considered changing your settings so it only posts things you specifically want to share on your newsfeed? This way your calorie count, etc doesn't autopost for people to mindlessly comment on. This actually takes less than 15 minutes. You could chop the greens the night before. I also used canned beans. It's pretty quick.

I brew 2 mint tea bags with 1 green tea bag the single cup sized tea bags, in 6 cups of water. Then just add water to fill gallon tea pitcher. Don't miss the sugar at all and my kids love it as well.

I make a tuna salad, with tuna, avocado cut into cubes, tomato, onion, add lime juice, salt and pepper and a little cayenne or tabasco if you like it spicy. It's super delish! You can put it on a bed of greens if you like.
