I think that if it's 30 mins or more after your meal, your body has gotten most of the nutrition from the food already, so I'd leave it logged. That sounds really no fun... Hope your condition improves!

Ok. Today was the first day I wore my bodymedia and went to bootcamp. It reports that I burned 592 calories for 1 hour of bootcamp. I intend to track it for a couple of weeks and I will report back with an average. Hope that's helpful!

My bootcamp is different each day and there are several circuits of several exercises, it would be pretty tedious to log each one unfortunately. But this is a helpful idea, I didn't think of that. My bootcamp coach said it burns between 500-1000 calories and recommended I log it as 500. I am planning to get a monitor in a week or two... I'll let you know when I get some solid numbers?

You might as well also get used to using the term potty...FOREVER.... my girls are 16 & 14, and not only do I NEVER get peace & quiet in the bathroom (we only have 1) between the girls and my cat, but I always refer to the bathroom as potty. I make a green tea mint combo. Steep 2 bags of mint tea with 1 bag of green tea in about 6 cups boiling water. Then pour into a 1 gallon pitcher and add water to fill. Delicious, refreshing and you don't need any sweetener. My kids love it too.

I use a minimizer under a sports bra. I found a really good sports bra at Academy, complete with underwire, it was of course pricey, and I still have to use either a minimizer under, or one of those compression tanks with built in bra shelf on top of.

I'm on cloud 9... ha ha... This is the first time I have actually gotten results consistently, and I'm already at a lower weight than I have been in almost 15 years. I'm happy and loving the bootcamp. =)

6 lbs down today! Since last weigh in 2 weeks ago. I am doing a fitness bootcamp 5-6 days a week, for an hour. It's a combination of cardio, plyometrics and some light hand weight exercises. Also down 2 inches on my waist and hips and 3 inches on my chest! =)

I brew my green tea with mint tea. I put 2 green tea bags and 1 mint tea bag in my coffee pot and 6 cups of water. Pour it in my pitcher and fill with water (1 gal pitcher). No sweeteners needed! Nice and refreshing. :drinker:
