A good resource for looking up nutrition info
I found this site yesterday and it has lots of good nutrition info and even has a compare feature so you can compare the nutrition of 3 different foods to see the side by side nutrition info. It also has lists of foods highest in protein, carbs, vitamins, etc. A good resource! http://www.healthaliciousness.com/
