  • What incredible support! Thank you all! It's so comforting to know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I do plan to up my calories and try that route. The other factor that I forgot about is that I quit smoking 4 weeks ago. I realize that may be part of the problem. Thank you all!!!!!!!!
  • I saw most of my results kick in when I starting weight lifting. It burns less calories while you do it, but it's the quickest and most motivating way to see results. I recommend losing about 10 - 15 minutes of cardio a day and replacing it with lifting. JeFit is a great app for exercise ideas. Good luck!
