For snacks, I do the Fiber one yogurt which is only 50 cals and is very tasty. I also find myself with the 100 cal snacks, sugar free jello or a pack of crackers. I deal with the same thing sometimes; I just remind myself that I will be exercising. For example; I went over 30 cals on my goal. I exercised a bit later and burned 376 cals. I just had the same problem and found that the 100 cal fudge shoppe cookie packs helped me out alot when i was craving chocolate! Try it :) It worked for me!!
