I have the chocolate shakeology and its yummy blended with all different kinds of stuff. It definately gives me alot of energy. And makes me feel good overall

It's perfectly ok to eat a little something when you get home. It's better to eat late than not eat at all. It will not ruin your diet:)

I have done one whole round and i LOVE Insanity. I am currently on my third weeks this time around and also started using shakeology a couple days ago. It feels so good to be back in it again.

i have completed 1 round and just finished week 2 of another round. I love Insnaity. it has changed my life. I just starting shakeology today too, and have really been focusing on eating good, I got great results the first round...but i am so excited to see what happens at the end of this round. Just to warn you...Insnaity…

yay I did 75...50 were on the bench and 25 were on the floor

^Eating enough is important...a lot of people think that they have to eat a max of 1200 cals and workout to lose weight which does not work.
