I think you've nailed the best reason right there. Appearance is a great motivator, but wanting to do active things with my kids and not being able to has been pretty depressing. But, that's changing, and I like it a lot better now.

I don't put much stock in BMI, but I did look up 5' 1" on a height/weight photo chart. That's really slender. I wouldn't suggest trying to lose more. /raises hand I was doing great, then we had a baby. I thought it was the wife that got the pregnancy weight... apparently not :-). So, back to it. Originally lost about 115 pounds, then put on about 50, so at least it's not all the way back to the beginning.

Drink lots of ice water. Your body will have to warm it up, which burns calories. Also, don't eat soft foods. You don't get hard muscle from soft foods. It's basic science.

Can you sort of eyeball the amount that was used (half of it, three quarters, whatever)? Err on the side of slightly higher calories. Then just add in that fraction of each ingredient.
