I'm very particular about the brand of cottage cheese I like. But when I do eat it I love it on a slice of toast and some fruit on the side! I grew up with that! It was almost a staple in our house for breakfast!

I cook my oatmeal (quick oats- I think they are called) in the microwave. I use a half cup oatmeal and then put enough water in the bowl to cover the oats. Then cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Quick and easy! I add a little sweetener (truvia, etc) and cinnamon. Simple...

I have the FT7 and it does come with the chest strap. You will get the watch and chest strap. I found mine for around $75. Search it and will you find different prices. I love mine!

I received a Polar FT7 for Christmas and I love it. I think it was around $70. If you search online you can find different prices. I would definitely go for one with a chest strap, though.

I use the Fiber One wraps. I believe they are 80 calories per wrap. It varies on what type of wrap I make so I'm not very helpful with any recipes.

I'm just getting over bronchitis. I didn't feel up to working out for at least two weeks. I went to Zumba this morning and it was tough. I could still feel it in my lungs. Baby steps to get back into the swing of things. Good luck and take care!
