  • I also participate in a Fasting Tracker app that I love! It shares lots of tips, facts, and encouragement. The main thing is you get back at it!! I think it's awesome that you only binge every three or four weeks. I am praying to do as well for myself! (I'm a newbie!)

  • I think it does it by height, weight, and gender. I have a friend that goes to the gym with me and she is considerably lighter than I am and it always shows me burning more calories even though we doe the same activities for the same amount of time. :smile:
  • I find alot of things at Fashion Bug. Very reasonable compared to Torrid and Lane Bryant. i also have good luck in the clearence racks at The Avenue. The Avenue also has a lot of specials!!!
