No I'm not at 1200. It put me there, but I manually increased my cals to 1400, but I just did the other calculator thing and it says I should be at 1700 with 3x per week exercise.

Yes I have a wonderful coach. I've messaged her this morning already. :) And I think consistency is a problem because I'm trying a lot of different things, but I haven't really given them any time to work yet, so I just need to keep up with it.

Yeah I know all about that. When I did 30 Day Shred I only lost 11 lbs of the promised "20 lbs", BUT I lost MAJOR inches and my body changed drastically. I have a friend who's a BeachBody coach and she's talking to me about other options besides Insanity, so I'm looking into Brazil Butt Lift and Turbo Fire right now.

Why on Earth do you want to weigh 155 lbs???? You look AMAZING already! My DH has also gone from about 300 lbs to 185 lbs and he's done. He's 5'8". Don't lose too much. I don't know how tall you are, but you look AWESOME right now! Great job!

I know right!! LOL I Googled "up downs", but got plank videos. The one where you're in plank and go down on elbow then the other, then back up on one arm then the other. I think I found something that works though. I found one of a guy doing burpees and getting REALLY low, so I think that should work.

No because you don't go into you plank. You actually go all the way to the ground and lay on the ground, THEN come back up. UGH. I wish I knew what this is called. Is this just some sick joke the trainer plays on us? LOL

I too have hypothyroidism and am losing weight. I do low cal/low fat/low sugar/low sodium. I watch calories and fat the most, but also try to watch sugars and sodium content.
