Tips for crushing that dessert craving HELP

What are good foods to eat....
...to boost my caloric intake? I was at 1200, but was being told that with exercise I wasn't getting enough calories and that it may be why I'm not losing as quickly as I should be, so I want to up my calories, but I don't know what to eat. I was set at 1200 by MFP and I tried to stay under that, so between 1100-1200 daily, and working out 7 days a week. I want to manually increase my daily calorie goal. What should I set it at? 1400?? ...does it take to retain water? I'm doing my official two week weigh in tomorrow, so I've been super careful about my sodium intake all day, but I'm still at 1808/2500. If I stay under 2500, I should be good right? I really don't want water weight to affect my weigh in... :frown:
