Making Lettuce Cups HELP

Anyone make lettuce cups at home? What kind of lettuce do I use? I had the lettuce cups at Tokyo Joe's last week and they were delicious. I want to make them at home, but it didn't look like iceburg lettuce. What do I use?

    Butter lettuce is commonly used for cups...though I have no idea what Tokyo Joe's is and not sure what they use.
