Help entering exercise into log!

I'm doing some of the Biggest Loser exercise videos at home, but I can't figure out how to enter it into my exercise log... I did Cardio Max today and it's 35 min long, so do I just enter 35 minutes of cardio??
Also, I'm about to start 30DS next week, how do I enter THAT into my log?
And lastly, I just exercised first thing this morning before I had breakfast or anything. Is that okay? Or I am I wasting my time exercising since I haven't consumed any calories to burn yet?
TIA.

It's perfectly fine to exercise before eating breakfast. If your planning on really doing something intense then I'd have something to at least get your through it. Just make sure that you include protein in breakfast if exercising first.
As far as entering cardio, you might have to do a custom add and then you'll need to know how many calories you burned. Best way is using a Heart Rate Monitor.0
