I use mine all the time, like 4-5 times a week. Zucchini noodles are awesome and works great to make rainbow salads with beets, carrots etc. Very fun for kids too - they love eating sprialized veggies! :)

Kale! I make kale chips in the oven or dehydrator with a little nutritional yeast & sea salt! :)

You could try almond milk. Or coconut milk. There are lots of yummy non dairy versions out there. I've made my own hazelnut milk in the past and oh man it was delish!

Mega Smoothies! Load up on high calorie fruits like bananas, dates or even mangoes. Throw in some almond milk if you like with a nut butter and cinnamon is delish! Also you can disguise greens in with cinnamon soo nicely - kale and spinach work well. Smoothies are just so easy for on the go or to drink casually at home. :)

I love hot yoga, I've been going to classes semi regularly for about a year. I know the studio owner quite well, the floors are mopped after every class, mirrors are done twice a day, and the air is circulated to fully fresh outdoor air once throughout the night. As far as smell goes, in very packed classes I've had a few…

eeyeah... who knew that 14/15 of the leading causes of death were due to diet? And most of them are preventable. Some are even reversible with diet alone.

Orange juice or pineapple juice or various green juices. Yum!

Exactly! Persevere and the cravings will let up. Just overload your plate with healthy fruits and veggies and you'll eventually start to crave them instead! :)

No, sorry. Seafood (assuming you mean fish, crab, lobster etc. and not seaweeds) is not vegetarian nor vegan because it was once living and is now dead. If you eliminated it from your diet then yes, you would be a vegan! :) But congrats on not eating dairy, land-flesh and eggs! That's fantastic! :D

Better than cow's milk, that's for sure!

Healthy food in moderation = moderate health. Depends what your goals are.

Eat sweet juicy fruits! They're designed to satisfy your cravings and they're healthy! It's win/win.

@ 2000 -2500 calories a day, I try to aim for 80% carbs, 10% fat, 10% protein - but that's because I eat a mostly raw diet. :)

Eat natures sweets! Fresh fruit! For my sweet tooth I like to have a smoothie of about4-6 bananas, some cinnamon and a few medjool dates! It is the sweetest, healthy meal I know of and I love it! Fills me up and carbs me up too so I have lots of energy for the day! :)

I'm 5'4 and I'm sittin pretty close to my goal weight of 110 lbs. I eat about 2000-2500 calories of mostly raw, natural foods every day. I try my best to never let it go under 2000.

Yay! I love seeing posts like this! :) Having more veggie meals is a great way to improve your health and energy. Plus you can eat soooooo much more food for less calories! Delicious natural goodness! Yum!

Well that's usually only because of the other foods in your system with longer digesting times (processed foods, dairy, meat etc that can take up to 2 days to work its way through your body) and bananas have a colon-transit time of about 15-20 minutes. So people blame the fruit for their tummy woes when really it's the…

Yep that's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. lol I eat bananas (5-8) on an empty stomach almost every day! They're fantastic for you!

I'm 5'4, 113 lbs and I eat 2500+ calories a day. It all depends how you work your body and what kind of fuel you put into it. I never restrict my calories, I just don't eat junk. ;)

I'm in a similar situation, looking forward to hearing some answers to this... I've got a cute bare-ly there 4-pack (lol) but I'm looking for ways to up the ante and really get some definition. :)
