My only two suggestions are ..when you get home and clean up the house etc, could you squeeze a 20 min workout in there? 30day shred is about 25 mins with stretching. Then in the evenings either do some walk/jogging with your dogs, or do some park workout stuff on the walk, I some women the other day doing high step lunge…

there is a simple blood test. i am not celiac, but very sensitive. i can eat some gluten for about a week before i experience any major symptoms. its just easier to avoid it though, i feel sooo much better. check out celiac.org or .com and there is a huge list of symptoms

I love mine, I have found the key to it not leaking is a 1/4 twist to kind of seal it, and to get it out you have to hook your finger in there to break the seal. If you feel its not in right. There is a learning curve, I love mine, makes working out on your cycle doable.

I have been there... Especially when the head hits the pillow. For me I am an all or nothing person, but that's exhausting in its own right. So I have some tricks that help me. Try a video, can't hurt right? Muscle burns fat, so if you do some lifting it doesn't mean you will bulk :) but that muscle you do build will help burn the fat you don't want :)
