  • I wear my gym clothes to run an errand or something, then since I'm already out and dressed to work out, I don't have an excuse to not stop by the gym. I also like to go at night a couple hours after dinner. Then I try not to snack when I get home, and I feel SO good the next morning! :)
  • I clip coupons out of the sunday paper...may seem kinda old-fashioned, but it can save so much money, and lots of times they have lean cuisine/frozen meal coupons
